- Robert Aronsson - Chairman & Director
studied chemical, electrical and mechanical engineering at the University of Idaho. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting and Foreign Trade, Magna Cum Laude, from Woodbury University in Los Angeles, California. He built and operated seven battery plants in various parts of the world and produced over 100 highway electric vehicles in Detroit, Michigan most of which were sold to electric utility companies which operated them successfully for an average of five years. His Lead Cobalt Fast Charge Batteries and Propulsion Systems powered the winning vehicles in the only two cross-country races ever held in the United States (1968 and 1970), the vehicles traveling 3,400 miles from Cal-Tech in Pasadena, California to MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 7-days. He has 18 battery patents in his name in 15 countries, the latest of which has been issued and assigned to the Company with 100 claims allowed by the U.S. Patent Office.
- Raymond Douglas - CEO, Director
received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He has had many years of experience in battery and electric vehicle manufacturing in Detroit, Michigan and Freeport, Bahamas. He founded King Sailfish Mounts, Incorporated, manufacturers of fiberglass game fish blanks, and built it to be the largest company of its kind in the world, with sales in 30 countries (www.kingsailfishmounts.com). Once financing has been secured, he will become a full-time employee of the Company and a successor to his father, Robert Raymond Aronsson.
- Dr. Peter Kalal - VP of Fuel Cell Development
received his PhD degree in chemistry from the Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague, Czech Republic. He worked as a Research Associate under Dr. Karl Kordesch at the Technical university of Graz in Austria for five years. He has served as a VP of research for Astris, Inc. of Ontario, Canada; A research electrochemist for Ontario hydro Research Division, Ontario, Canada. He has also published a number of technical papers on fuel cells and batteries; and has five patents in his name on fuel cell and batteries.
- Dr. Barry Iseard - VP of Battery Research, Director
received his PhD Degree in Chemistry from Sussex University in London, England. He was Director of Research and Development at Anglo-American Research Limited of Freeport, Bahamas. He has three patents on batteries and battery systems in his name, all assigned to the Company.
- Dr. Nejat Veziroglu - VP of Hydrogen Development
received his PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Heat Transfer at the University of London. He was a professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miami, Florida. Since 1974, Dr. Veziroglu has been the Director of the Clean Energy Research Institute, one of only three research institutes in the U.S.A. to have been named a Center of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Energy for its work on hydrogen. He is the founding President of the International Association for Hydrogen Energy. He is Editor-in-Chief of the monthly scientific journals, the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy and the International Journal of Energy Environment Economics. He organized the first International Hydrogen Economy meeting in Miami, Florida in March 1974 and since then has organized many Hydrogen Conferences around the world.
